Sam earned her Master’s in Education from Virginia Tech and spent nearly a decade in education before joining the Kisco family in 2018 as a Sales Director at Abbotswood at Irving Park in Greensboro, NC. From there she was promoted to Business Development Director at Abbotswood and shortly after took on Kisco’s other Greensboro community, Heritage Greens, building relationships and strategic partnerships within the market, providing services to residents, differentiate both communities from competitors, and build brand awareness. In April, 2021, Sam relocated to Virginia Beach to work as the Senior Sales Director at First Colonial Inn and lead the sales team.

When she is not working, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their two fur babies, Hank and CJ.
