Rhoda has her degree in Behavioral Sciences-Sociology.  Her passion is mentoring individuals and leading a team to consistently provide the highest quality care. Rhoda brings families together to support them in facing the challenges that come with a loved one with memory impairment. When not at work Rhoda enjoys her time with husband Ed and their two boys, Miguel and Jose.
