With a solid foundation in RF engineering, I embarked on a career transition in 2019 that led me to the dynamic world of senior living. Starting as a server, I quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing my leadership skills and dedication to providing exceptional service. Transitioning to roles such as Dining Room Manager, lead CSR at the front desk, and interim resident relations director, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of senior living operations.

My journey continued as I took on the role of resident relations director at Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine, a sister community, before returning to Valencia Terrace to serve as the Dining Room Manager. Demonstrating my adaptability and commitment to ensuring the well-being of residents, I was appointed as the community’s first Health and Safety Director. Through my diverse experiences in both engineering and senior living, I have honed my skills in problem-solving, communication, and leadership, making a positive impact on the communities I have served.
