Matthew was born in Michigan and moved to Florida in 2004 to pursue his passion for cooking. He attended Le Cordon Bleu for Culinary Arts and International Cuisine. Matthew has spent years in high-end restaurants and traveled the world in pursuit of culinary magic. In his spare time Matthew loves to exercise, coach sports with his children and make memories at the beach with his family.
