Originally from Minnesota, Kelsey started her career in the senior living industry at the age of 15 as a CNA and dietary aide in skilled nursing. Later, she worked in adult day services, independent living, assisted living, memory care, hospice, home care, and rehab. In addition, Kelsey worked in the service industry for over 10 years. Her customer service experience comes from working at Disneyland and, more specifically, as a Lead at Club 33, the legendary private membership club founded by Walt Disney at Disneyland. Kelsey considers Emerald Court to be the Disneyland of senior living. She has fun interacting with the residents and helping them with anything they need.
