Julie Nash leads the senior living operations for the Balfour communities. In this role, she is responsible for driving profitability and advancing organizational objectives while ensuring alignment with Kisco’s strategic initiatives and mission statement.

Julie has over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and senior living operations, including expertise in sales and marketing, human resources, and managing high-performing teams. She has a passion for opening and growing new communities, enhancing quality of life, and leading with heart. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and fostering communities where residents and associates thrive.

Julie holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Iowa. She lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, running, hiking, biking, and skiing.
