Jerry Church supports the day-to-day operations of multiple lifestyle-focused Kisco communities, drawing on his extensive expertise in leadership and team development. Since joining the senior living industry, Jerry has been a driving force in enhancing resident satisfaction and streamlining operational efficiencies. Over his career, he has overseen numerous communities and led diverse teams, including Environmental Services and Resident Relations.
Jerry began his journey with Kisco 18 years ago as a Sales Director. Since then, he has held several key roles, including Executive Director, Operations Director, and now Vice President of Operations. Throughout his tenure, Jerry has earned a reputation for spearheading organizational change and cultivating a culture of excellence.
A California native, Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
