Jaye Silva
Human Resources DirectorJaye has been in the senior living industry for nearly 16 years and has her BS in Business Administration from DeVry University. She started her career in senior living as an Administrative Assistant, then a Business Office Director. These roles allowed her to learn more about each department and the needs and challenges they face. Having this experience and understanding allows her to help support the team and build stronger relationships community-wide. When not at Woodbridge Terrace, Jaye enjoys traveling, trying new things, and spending time with her rescued pup, Francisco.
