Felix is charged with the management of all aspects of community maintenance, housekeeping, grounds and safety that keep our community looking great! He has a passion for fish and uses his knowledge and skill in this area to care for six large aquariums that are located throughout our campus. Felix has two wonderful daughters and a very supportive wife who allows him to build koi ponds throughout the backyard of their residence.
