Associate Rewards & Recognition Programs
MADE (Making A Difference Every Day) is one of our many reward programs where associates recognize each other for going above and beyond in their role. Best part is that it translates to a monetary reward paid out quarterly. Teamwork is a core value and we encourage you to reward and recognize others.
Years of Service: You’ll love it here so much that you’ll want to stay…and we want you to! Associate longevity is recognized and rewarded.
Annual Tanzanite Award: Each year we honor two associates across the company for living and breathing our PVBs (Principles, Values, and Beliefs). These phenomenal associates are awarded the prestigious Tanzanite Award for truly making a difference in the lives of others. Every community recognizes the excellent contributions of “Star Associates” throughout the year.
Safety & Security
The safety, security, health, and wellbeing of our residents and associates have always been our top priorities. At all our communities, we have taken additional measures and implemented more stringent controls to help safeguard their wellbeing.
