Dining Services DirectorIvan was born and raised in Cuernavaca, Mexico and moved to California when he was 18 years old to start a new life with his family. Ivan has been working in food and beverage for 20 years and loves his job! He loves to make people happy with his creative and delicious dishes. Ivan started as a Dishwasher, quickly moved to Prep Cook and then kept working hard promotion after promotion. Ivan started with Kisco as a Sous Chef, then promoted to Chef de Cuisine and now oversees the dining team as the Dining Services Director. Recently, Ivan won the 2021 National Quick-Fire Challenge with Kisco and 20 other communities throughout the nation. You won’t be disappointed with Chef Ivan’s cooking!
