Nate joined the Valencia Terrace family in 2016 and comes with over 20 years of Maintenance and grounds experience. He was born in Phoenix Arizona and has lived in California since the ’60s. At work, he prides himself on providing high-quality services to residents and making them feel safe and comfortable in their home. A little-known fact about Nate is that he used to race motorcycles, and even owned a low rider (1972 Monte Carlo). He also played many sports in his youth to include basketball, baseball, swimming, and diving. Nowadays, I enjoy spending time with family, riding motorcycles, jet skis, flying drones, and boating in his free time. “I love my job, my staff, and my residents!”
