With 16 years of senior living experience, Stephen is responsible for the overall operations of Valencia Terrace. He is currently attending the University of Southern California working on his Master of Arts degree in Senior Living Hospitality and a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. Stephen enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents and families which has been instrumental in many residents’ successful transition into Valencia Terrace. One of his favorite things about working with seniors is the wisdom they share from their life experiences which has helped shape who he is today. He has a true passion for making Valencia Terrace the best place for someone to live and the associates to work.
