Shannon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from NC State University, and is a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Dementia Practitioner. In her role at Abbotswood, Shannon develops important relationships with prospective residents in an effort to help them with their transition. She has always had a passion for dance and stays busy in her free time with her three boys!
